Build Along – Tobacco Barn Kit – Rail Scale Models – Bill Davis – October 13, 2021

The Tobacco Drying Barn is a common structure found in rural southern states – marking the tobacco farming industry. The barn was used to dry tobacco leaves – hung on wood posts along the width of the barn, heated from the fire pit  built into the opening in the brick foundation.
