Fixed Boom Crane. (Also known as a Pillar or Yard Crane among, other names.) These cranes add interest to rail yards, sidings at manufacturing plants and waterfront scenes. Used to lift heavy items off flat cars or gondolas and transfer to trucks.
The crane itelf and machinery are pewter castings. The cab, concrete support and loading dock, are resin castings. There are only two parts to the loading dock.
